Four Seasons' Seasonal Chef promotes consumption of fresh produce through seasonal menu and recipe development, staff training and cooking demonstrations on-site (grocery stores, schools, fairs) and off-site (private groups). Creating excitement about health awareness, our in-house, professionally trained Seasonal Chef brings innovative ways of incorporating more fruits and vegetables into the culinary industry, promoting consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables and healthier diets for the public as a whole.

Each month our Seasonal Chef will share knowledge with our customers, shoppers and associates by offering interesting and effective marketing information about fruits and vegetables.  "Pick of the Market" features products that are in good supply, with the best flavor profile for the time of year and have good distribution. For the professional chef, we offer future quarterly product recommendations for new foodservice menu development.
