Longenecker
VP of Business Innovation
Nelson graduated with a BS degree at the top of his class at Eastern Mennonite
University. Following two years of management experience in a family-owned
business, he completed an MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He
entered UW-Madison on a full fellowship, finishing with academic recognition by
Beta Gamma Sigma. He has focused his career on the development of people
and the implementation of systems to drive business results. He began at
Four Seasons Produce in 1998 as Vice President of Operations. In 2002, he
joined the Leadership Team at Four Seasons as Vice President of Organizational
Development, overseeing human resources and information technology. He
has led teams that successfully implemented a warehouse management system, and
completed the company's move into its current location. He has been a
speaker at local Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals' events and
at the National Warehousing Education Research Council Conference in May 2006.
