Chuck Holt has a vast number of years of logistics and operations experience in the Food Manufacturing/Distribution industry.  His career at Four Seasons Produce began in April 2006 as the company's General Manager, Four Seasons Logistics & Director of Operations, Four Seasons Produce Company.  Prior to Four Seasons, Chuck worked for The Hershey Company, a manufacturer of confectionery products, where he held a number of leadership positions within the logistics areas of the company.  Chuck's experience includes sales forecasting, production planning, inventory deployment, management and control, distribution center operations, and transportation management.  Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS), and Warehousing Education and Research Counsel.
